Food For Thought

With so many people out there in love with spicy food, we thought we'd share a share with you a couple of our Expert-Led Culinary Cruises through the Indonesian Archipelago this year and next. Coming up on June 1st (BE QUICK) is the inaugural Ubud Food Festival Cruise from Komodo to Bali with renowned Bali bon vivant, author and restaurateur, Janet DeNeefe, and renowned Australia food photographer, Petrina Tinslay; in November 2016 is our Ubud Writers and Readers Festival Cruise (2017 repeat) 2016 with Janet DeNeefe who will be accompanied by a very special guest from the international world of literature (both repeated in 2017); and in November 2017 our Circle of Spice Culinary Cruise through the Moluccan Spice Islands, again with Janet leading the way. Come and be amazed by both the beauty of the landscapes and the absolute delectability of the food - all that and the joy of being on a small ship with no more than a handful of guests.
