From the beginning, Latitud 90 has been training a team of tour guides. Now we count on first-rate professionals who speak foreign languages and are specialized in a variety of areas such as education, sports, flora & fauna, archaeology and fishing, among others.
Beside Latitud 90’s instructors’ team, in many programs we employ the most specialized local people, in order to give dignity to Chile’s native inhabitants and to create a genuine contact between the traveler and the cultural surroundings. We are strongly committed to the environment and to a sustainable world, contributing to preserve nature and local cultures.
After growing experience during four years of activity, in 2001 we started a communication campaign in Europe and North America in order to promote not only our enterprise, but Chile as a tourist destination. We plan to bring to light the diversity and uniqueness of Chile’s remotest regions through thematic tours suitable for the most demanding traveller, helping to foster their “sense of discovery” (as our slogan says).
From North to South, from the Atacama Desert to the wild Austral Route and the glaciers of Patagonia, and from the Andes to the Island of the Pacific Ocean, our programs are characterized by the high quality of the service we offer, including top level specialised guides, the best partners in each area and personalised attention.
