Kasa Lake is located between Luhuo County and Ganzi County. It is a typical plateau freshwater lake with a total area of 1.92 square kilometers. It is the largest habitat for water birds in northwest Sichuan. It is one of the areas with the most mandarin ducks in Sichuan. On the hillside of the lake shore are Jueri Monastery, Kasa Nunnery and Kasashan Monastery. Kasa Lake is a well-known holy lake in this area, where people live in harmony with nature.
