Capturing the Galapagos on April 14th

Did you know that the Galapagos Islands were on the first list of 12 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1978?  The Galapagos Islands are perhaps most often associated with Charles Darwin’s studies and their influence on his theories of evolution. While the islands are still a living laboratory for evolutionary change, their ecosystems have remained basically unchanged.

Among the most exciting things for visitors is the complete lack of fear that animals have of people.  This creates a unique photographic opportunity where a photographer can get up close and personal with a subject, studying it from many angles and framing the perfect image.  Join Evergreen Escapes Escape Artist, Carrie Culp, as she introduces a special opportunity to travel through these islands aboard the M/Y Grace, the yacht given to Prince Rainier and Princess Grace of Monaco as a wedding gift.  Carrie will discuss the itinerary, the history of the boat, and the photographic opportunities of this trip.
