Story by Albatros Travel

On this Albatros Expeditions cruise, we travel far away from the usual tourist routes and visit places where only explorers and scientists go. We will experience the unspoiled arctic ice landscapes close up and see polar bears, whales, musk oxen and other wildlife.

We sail with the excellent Sea Endurance built especially for arctic sailing. With a capacity of only 60 guests, this cruise is a unique experience for the few. All guests will be able to participate in shore landings, settlement visits, excursions, lectures and whale safaris at the same time. In Svalbard, the realm of the polar bear, we will sail through the fjords and visit Ny-Ålesund, one of the world’s northernmost towns. In northeast Greenland, we explore the pristine and untouched national park, the world’s largest.
