One Horizon Africa brings people together.  Its bI-line is ‘holidays that change lives.  One Horizon experiences are not tour bus experiences but an opportunity for people to meet and engage.   It is like going next door to catch up with your neighbours.  Our experiences have been described by our guests as the most emotional and inspiring time of their life.  And One Horizon reputation was acknowledged by the Kenyan Tourist Board recently when it included One Horizon's tours in its Signature Experience Portfolio for 2020 to 2021.   Unique experiences in out of the way communities that most tourists never get to see and experience. 

The basis of all One Horizons work is its humanitarian programs in helping people step up and away from poverty.   One Horizon experience are not volunteering experiences.   But experiences where you sit down with your neighbour and have a chat about life and what we all have in common.   So whether its meeting Maasai villages and getting to grips with the fact that your host has 50 siblings or meeting Kenyan grandmas looking after 10 grandchildren and running a pig farm simultaneously, it will be an experience that will leave you changed and with a greater understanding of the priorities of life. But do not be surprised when you are asked about your own life from our communities.   Some of their questions will amaze you and that is what makes One Horizon experiences something that you will never forget!
