Pura specialises in handmade active holidays to Spain and Latin America and has done since 1999. We’re an independent company, run by a small team who are driven by a passion for the places we know and love. It is our aim to help you get under the skin of a country with authentic interactions with local experts, combined with high quality, locally owned accommodation and time spent in the great outdoors. Pura holidays are handmade by us, for you. It is our job to create the best possible holiday for you. To achieve this we:

• invest in our knowledge. It’s our job to know the places we are sending you and constantly monitor, improve and innovate.

• dedicate ourselves to detail. By having as many people working in operations as we have in sales, we ensure your holiday runs seamlessly, no matter how complex.

• have great people on the ground. It’s our people who give our holidays authenticity and connect you to the destination. They also provide support, reassurance, information, or a helping hand whenever needed.

• work to keep you safe on holiday. You can take the basics for granted, because we don’t. As founder members of the Latin America Travel Association working group on health & safety we continue to drive improvements across the continent.

• protect your money. If your holiday includes any flights then you are protected by our ATOL license, number 5408. For holidays which don’t involve any flights, your money stays in a trust account administered by the Travel Trust Association, membership number R7961.
