A view into the Langtang valley descending from the Tsergo Ri viewpoint. The valley is located north of Kathmandu and is rich in its biodiversity. Langtang valley is a glacial valley with snowcapped mountain peaks surrounding it. It also has bamboo forests, and ancient oak & rhododendron forests. The national park is home to the Himalaya black bear, langur monkey, red panda and the Himalayan Thar.
