The Lovely Cotinga in Pico Bonito National Park, Honduras

The Lovely Cotinga is very active between January and March in Pico Bonito National Park, near La Ceiba, Honduras. It feeds on a variety of wild avocado (as seen here). The observation tower at The Lodge & Spa at Pico Bonito is a great spot for morning observations, and the road trail leading into the lodge is a great spot in the early afternoon.
