A portion of the work that One Horizon undertakes is building the infrastructure in communities in Kenya so that people can leverage these to improve their lives.  And so building classrooms in disadvantaged communities is one way that parents can access education for their chidlren.   Of course One Horizon sponsors about 30 people each year to undertake teacher training.  So over the last 10 years there has been a ready stream of people who  are now employed by the community or in the wider public education system.   Your right, its never easy.   But there are hundreds of children today who now complete on a level playing field for jobs.   One Horizon cannot do everything....burt we give it a go!
