Katerre Expedition is a company that provides boat expeditions in the Negro River region of the Amazon, Brazil.

With the objective of constructing a bond between two distant worlds, the contemporary urban life and the forgotten world of the forest, the socio-ecological itineraries provide a truly amazing experience in the heart of the Amazon.

The company is launching 3 new promotional videos about their expeditions.

According to Mr. Tone, Katerre´s director, “the idea is that people can feel a bit of the experience that is travelling with us and knowing more regarding our boats, crew and infrastructure”

Two of the videos show the boats and their regional style that is intended to provide the travelers with the feeling of navigating the rivers as the natives do, but with the comfort, safety, and full service of a modern, fully equipped boat.

The “Jacare-Açu”, the newest boat, is 64ft long, has 3 floors and large functional and leisure areas for up to 16 passengers and offers a more luxurious option for all expeditions.

The 53ft long, 2-floor “Awapé”, combines the regional style with comfort for up to 8 passengers for short, mid and long expeditions.

The other video is about the Jauaperi-Xixuaú, a 9 day itinerary for travelers who are looking for adventure, leisure, waterfalls and more contact with the wildlife.
