From September 23 - October 1, 2017, we immersed 12 people in a microcosm of the world that is Crete. A diverse land, full of natural and cultural wonders - and yes, fantastic food.
Food was central to our journey through Crete. Our clients met some of Crete's unique people, hospitable and yet proud, wild and yet friendly, crazy and yet grounded.
During our 9 days together, we participated in hands-on cooking classes using hyper-local ingredients, learned the secrets of traditional Cretan cuisine, shared tastings at olive oil and wine producing vineyards, toured beehives and organic farms, strolled through local food markets, witnessed thousands of years of history, and of course, introduced them to the best beaches and local restaurants of Crete.
