Emperor Penguin Chicks at Gould Bay

Three emperor penguin chicks stand at the edge of the Gould Bay Emperor Penguin Colony where ALE operates a seasonal camp in November and December each year. Our field camp is located1-2 mi (2-3 km) away from the colony, affording passionate photographers 24-hour access to the birds while not disturbing their natural habitat. © Robert Gensler
